Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry into this contest.
Three prize winners will be selected by The Branding Buzz, Inc. in a random drawing from among all eligible entries receiving during the Entry Period. The prize winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. The prizes must be accepted “as-is” — no substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted and no cash equivalent will be awarded. If a prize winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, The Branding Buzz, Inc. reserves the right to determine an alternate prize winner. All other costs, expenses, and fees associated with the prize, acceptance and use not specified as being provided herein, including but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, transportation and all other costs, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winner is eligible for an upgrade from a standard single or standard double city-view room to a standard single or standard double ocean-view room at the Courtyard by Marriott Miami Beach Hotel, located at 3925 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL, 33140, during the nights of March 23, 2010 through March 27, 2010.

By entering this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of The Branding Buzz, Inc.
